Resident Registration Process

All residents, whether owners or tenants, must complete the registration process before moving in or accessing building amenities.
Please review the applicable requirements below.


For New Owners

Required Documents:

  • Copy of the Deed and/or Lawyer’s Letter confirming ownership

  • Completed Resident Information Package

  • Completed PAP Form and a Void Cheque

Submission:

Next Step:

  • Once your documents are submitted, register for access to the Resident Portal at www.theatredistrict.ca

  • Portal accounts will only be approved once Management has received and reviewed the complete registration package

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for processing


For Tenants

Required Documents:

  • Fully executed Lease Agreement signed by both tenant and unit owner
    (In some cases, Management may request the agreement directly from the owner)

  • Completed Resident Information Package

  • After submission, register for access to the Resident Portal at www.theatredistrict.ca

  • Portal accounts will be approved once the complete registration package has been reviewed

  • Processing typically requires 2–3 business days
