Welcome to Theatre District Residence!

The registration process is as follows:

  1. Lease Submission – Tenants or Owners must provide a fully executed copy of their lease agreement, signed by the unit owner/landlord. There are instances where management requests the agreement come directly from the unit owner. 

  2. Resident Information Package – Tenants and Owners must complete and return the Resident Information Package and the signed Summary of Lease Form

  3. Submission – All documents must be submitted by email to:
    [email protected]
    Please ensure the unit number is included in the subject line of your email.

  4. Resident Details – The lease agreement must clearly list the names of all residents occupying the unit.

  5. Resident Portal Registration – Once documents are submitted, residents may register for access to the Resident Portal at:
    www.theatredistrict.ca
    Please note: Portal accounts will not be approved until the full registration package has been received and reviewed by Management.

Management typically requires 2–3 business days to review and process registrations.
